ABOUT: Bernardos Patés is a micro-company owned by a Father and his son. They go in the forest themselves to pick the mushrooms, or the other ingredients for their patés and they produce everything manually.That's why, these patés are a real gem: the quantity produced is very limited, everything is family made, with love.
All of the products from Bernardos Patés are natural, with no added dyes or preservatives, and totally original in design. Produced with raw materials of superior quality, all of Portuguese origin, and always containing ruby port-wine in their composition.
TASTING: This paté contains only natural ingredients: Monkfish foie gras (85%), vinagre, agar-agar, port-wine, lemon, piri-piri, garlic, aromatic herbs, salt.
